Andrew "Andy" S. Pitner, Jr., 75, of Flushing, Ohio passed away Friday, July 1, 2016 at Lafayette Pointe Nursing & Rehab in West Lafayette, Ohio. He was born on May 20, 1941 in Chicago, Illinois to the late Andrew Steve and Sylvia Blanch (Krousl) Pitner, Sr.
In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his brothers, William "Billy" Pitner and Dennis Pitner.
Andy is survived by his brothers, Bob (Tina) Pitner of Flushing, Larry (Cindy) Pitner of Salem, and Jerry (Elena) of Freeport; sisters, Ramona Wilson of Bethesda and Cynthia (Tim) Evans of North Carolina; and several nieces & nephews, great-nieces & nephews, and cousins.
According to Andy's wishes, there will be no services held. Arrangements are entrusted to Campbell-Plumly-Milburn Funeral Home, 319 North Chestnut Street, Barnesville, Ohio.
