Wilber C. "Chuck" Kirk, Jr., 42, of Barnesville died Thursday, August 22, 2013 at Ohio Valley Medical Center. He was born on February 24, 1971 in Barnesville to the late Wilber Charles and Freeda Ann (Mankin) Kirk, Sr.
Chuck was a 1989 Barnesville High School graduate and was a security guard for McKeen Security. He was a member of the Kirkwood Lodge #446 F&AM.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Carl Kirk and Ann Dunfee and his maternal grandparents, Fred and Virginia Mankin.
He is survived by his wife, Beth Kirk; son, Dustin Kirk of Barnesville; daughter, Anna (Nik) Sells of Barnesville; 2 sisters: Krystal Kirk and Jodi Kirk both of Barnesville; nieces and nephews: Josie and Joah Whiteley, Brenna Saffield, Jadyn Pierce, Natasha Conway and Nathan Smitley; great-niece, Aliyah Burrell; in-laws: Sandy (Joe) Sligar, Ron Conway and Carrie (Al) Harris; several aunts, uncles and cousins; and beloved dogs, Texie and Gypsie.
Visitation will be on Tuesday, August 27, 2013 from 4-8pm at Campbell-Plumly-Milburn Funeral Home, 319 N. Chestnut St., Barnesville, Ohio. A Masonic Service will be held on Tuesday at 7pm. The service will be held on Wednesday, August 28, 2013 at 11am. Burial will follow in Hope Cemetery, Hendrysburg, Oh.
