Ramona Marie Wilson, 78, of Barnesville passed away on Wednesday, November 25, 2020 at Astoria Place in Barnesville. Her life was cut too short due to COVID-19. Ramona was born in Chicago, Illinois on April 26, 1942 to the late Andrew and Sylvia (Krousl) Pitner.
Ramona was a member of the Real Life Community of Faith in Bethesda and a graduate of Barnesville High School. She had worked as a STNA for Star Nursing Home and retired from Cumberland Point Care Center. She loved going to church and spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a son, Homer "Bud" Wilson; granddaughter, Sara Wilson; and four brothers: Dennis Pitner, Andy Pitner, Jerry Pitner and Billy Pitner.
Ramona is survived by her children: Angel (Tom) Burghy of Flushing, Lisa (Greg) Sparks of Wentzville, Missouri, John (Cindy) Wilson of Bethesda, Mike (Stacy) Wilson of Deleware, Ohio and Amy Johns of Bellaire; 14 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; siblings: Bob (Tina) Pitner of Flushing, Larry (Cindy) Pitner of Salem and Cynthia (Tom) Evans of Barnesville; and several nieces and nephews.
According to Ramona's wishes, there will be no visitation or services. Arrangements are entrusted to Campbell-Plumly-Milburn Funeral Home, 319 N. Chestnut St., Barnesville, Ohio.
