Patsy Lou (Jones) Reynolds

Patsy Lou Reynolds, 94, of Barnesville passed away on Tuesday, February 21, 2023 at Emerald Point Nursing and Rehab Center. Patsy was born on June 25, 1928 in Barnesville, Ohio to the late Darby and Augusta (Howell) Jones.

Patsy was a member of the East Main Street Church of Christ and 1946 graduate of Barnesville High School. She had a love of chickens, reading, sewing, quilting, traveling, and camping at Piedmont Lake and spending time with her kids and family. She was a leader of the Progressive Home Helpers 4-H club, belonged to the Junior Homemakers Club, the Garden Club, and the Friends of the Library.

In addition to her parents, Patsy was preceded in death by her husband, Lee Reynolds on March 31, 2017; and siblings: Nora L. Kocher and Oliver Jones; and brother-in-law, Paul Walker.

Patsy is survived by her children: Barbara (Keith) Wells of Barnesville, Mary (Mark) Chema of Zanesville and Sam (Eula) Reynolds of Knoxville, TN; seven grandchildren: Lei Ann Wells, Penny (Matt) Powell, Sam (Stacey) Wells, Bill (Erin) Holloway, Lee (Darcey) Reynolds, Matt (Laura) Reynolds and Mitch (Sara) Reynolds; great-grandchildren Sarah, Luke, Josiah, Brooke, Taryn, Evan, Dane, Tyler, Brady, Everett, Samantha, Aubrey, and Hayley; siblings: Barbara Walker and David (Grace) Jones; sisters-in-law, Jean Trieber and Martha Davis; and several nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Visitation will be held on Monday, February 27, 2023 from 11:00 until the time of the service at 1:00pm with Matt Powell officiating at Campbell-Plumly-Milburn Funeral Home, 319 N. Chestnut St., Barnesville, Ohio. Burial will follow in Hope Cemetery in Hendrysburg, Ohio.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to the Barnesville Hutton Memorial Library, Hospice of Guernsey, or anywhere of your choice.
