Kersten Lora (Fuchs) Fuchs

Kersten L. Fuchs, 25, of Hendrysburg, Ohio passed away on Sunday, May 21, 2023, at WVU Medicine - Barnesville Hospital Emergency Room. She was born on October 22, 1997, in Bellaire, Ohio to Brad Fuchs and Crystal Maffitt.

Kersten was a 2016 graduate of Barnesville High School and had an associates degree from Belmont College in 2019. She was a Medical Assistant and Phlebotomist at Belmont Medical Care. She was very outgoing and loved to have fun. She enjoyed everything and due to her stubborn attitude she could get anything done. She had a passion for painting, crafts, and decorating. She loved everything outdoors including watching nieces & nephews tractor pull and play ball, swimming, and fishing, but most of all spending quality time with her fiancé at Tlaquepaque.

Kersten is preceded in death by two infant children, Lelend Willis Bunfill and Lynnleigh Jo Bunfill; grandmother, Gladys Burghy and Alberta Sue Bunfill; and grandfather, Charles Fuchs.

Kersten is survived by her parents, Crystal (Pete) Maffitt of Hendrysburg and Brad (Tina) Fuchs of Barnesville; fiancé, Donald Willis Bunfill III of Hendrysburg; sisters, Ashley (Chris Powell) Fuchs of Barnesville and Paige (Zac Haught) Fuchs of Barnesville; mother and father-in-law, Donnie & Donna Bunfill of Hendrysburg; sisters-in-law, Brandidawn Bunfill, Kayla Bunfill, and Donielle Bunfill all of Barnesville; step-siblings, Billy Maffitt, Lola Maffitt, Danielle Maffitt all of New Philadelphia and David Doty, Jason Doty, and Austin Doty all of Barnesville; grandparents, Judy and Bob Calaway of Virginia, Kenneth Burghy of Barnesville, Doug Bunfill of Hendrysburg; and several nieces, nephews, aunts, and uncles; special friends, Lindsay and Scott Renforth, Matt Frazier, and Latisha and Marcus Hannaman.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, May 24, 2023, from 1-3 & 5-7 pm at Campbell-Plumly-Milburn Funeral Home, 319 North Chestnut Street, Barnesville, Ohio where services will be held on Thursday, May 25, 2023 at 11am with Pastor Rodney West officiating. Burial will follow at Sewellsville Cemetery in Sewellsville, Ohio.
