Karl B. Elliott, 93, of Barnesville, Ohio passed away Tuesday, June 29, 2021 at his home. He was born in Thomasville, Missouri on May 8, 1928 to Walter and Laura Ethel (Gentry) Elliott.
Karl was a retired veteran and a retired school teacher. He was an active member of the First Assembly of God in Panama City, Florida and First Christian Church in Barnesville, Ohio. Karl had the most generous and loving spirit and was a giver at heart. He was a blessing to everyone who knew him.
In addition to his parents, Karl was preceded in death by his wife of 59 years Myra (Robbins) Elliott on February 19, 2013; an infant son Karl Elliott Jr.; four brothers, Gerald, Kenneth, Russell, Clifford; three sisters, Margaret, Mamie, and Nina; and daughter-in-law Cynthia Elliott.
Karl is survived by his children, Tim Elliott, Laura (Tim) Courtney, and Leah (Tim) Reynard; eleven grandchildren; and several great-grandchildren.
Services will be held at Kent Forrest Lawn Funeral Home in Panama City, Florida where burial will follow at Evergreen Cemetery Garden of Time in Panama City. Local arrangements have been entrusted to Campbell-Plumly-Milburn Funeral Home 319 N. Chestnut Street Barnesville, Ohio. A memorial service will also be held at Barnesville First Christian Church at a later date.
