Jewell F. Fisher, 87, of Barnesville, Ohio passed away on Sunday, February 6, 2022 at Emerald Pointe Nursing and Rehab. She was born on March 28, 1934 in Barnesville, Ohio to the late Floyd and Leona (Arnold) Huntsman.
She was a graduate of Barnesville High School. She was a member of the First Baptist Church and volunteered at the Barnesville Senior Citizens Center. She loved music, dancing, remowing the yard because it wasn't done correctly. She was the original Hoover Mover; enjoying waking up the house at 7am running her sweeper. She was a part of the Melody Maids who sang a jingle for Wayne L. Hayes.
In addition to her parents, Jewell was preceded in death by her siblings, Nadine Melnick, William Huntsman, Richard Huntsman, and twin sister, Janet Detling.
Jewell is survived by her husband, Donald Fisher; sons, Scott (Sandy) Fisher and Steven (Angie) Fisher; granddaughters, Madalyn Fisher, Kelsey (Matt) Wise, and Brianna Leach; great-grandchildren, Stella and Theo Wise; and grand-dogs, Bailey, Biscuit, and Half Pint.
Private services will be held at the convenience of the family with burial following at Crestview Cemetery in Barnesville. Care is entrusted to Campbell-Plumly-Milburn Funeral Home, 319 N. Chestnut Street, Barnesville, Ohio.
