Harold Eugene Baker, 81, of Baileys Mills passed away on Saturday, June 6, 2020 at Southeastern Medical Center in Cambridge, Ohio. Harold was born on November 10, 1938 in Somerset Township to the late Paren Oliver and Estella Mae (Christman) Baker.
Harold is a veteran of the United States Army. He is a retired mechanic and welder from R & F Coal.
In addition to his parents, Harold was preceded by his wife, Carolyn Sue Baker on September 1, 2019; and a brother, James Baker.
Harold is survived by his two sons: Darrell (Jayda) Baker of Barnesville and Scott (Andrea Dugan) Baker of Barnesville; five grandchildren: Darren (Bradli) Baker, Ryan (Brittany) Baker, Karlie (Mario) Liberati, Jeremy Baker,and Hailey Baker; nine great-grandchildren: Bryndalynn, Britton, Brett, Blake, Jenner, Judd, Lydia, Lennix and Lawson Eugene who was named after his great grandfather; brother, Jess Baker; brother in law, John Watson; and sister in law, Linda Starr.
In following with the COVID-19 restrictions, there will be visitation from 4pm to 8pm on Wednesday, June 10, 2020 at Campbell-Plumly-Milburn Funeral Home, 319 N. Chestnut St., Barnesville, Ohio. Graveside services will be Thursday, June 11, 2020 at 11:00 am at Crestview Cemetery in Barnesville, Ohio with Pastor Rodney West officiating. Military Honors will be conducted by Belmont County Veteran's Association.
