Arzetta Mae Marlowe, 88, of Barnesville, Ohio passed away on Monday, August 29, 2022 at Emerald Pointe. She was born on April 3, 1934 in Lincoln, Illinois to the late Helen Mosser.
Arzetta was a caregiver to many and she had a heart of gold. She had faith in God and her belief was with her to the end. She played the organ with magical fingers and the sounds of music resonated through the halls of the Walton Home. She loved telling stories of her life from being raised in the Children's Home in Indiana from caring for the children, helping on the farm, and doing whatever was asked of her.
In addition to her parents, Arzetta was preceded in death by her husband, Edward B. Marlowe.
Arzetta is survived by her special daughter, Cynthia McGee and the McGee family who loved her like their own; Peggy Skinner and Kari McGee; and her friends at the Walton Home who meant so much to her.
Honoring Arzetta's wishes, no services will be held. Arzetta's care is entrusted to Campbell-Plumly-Milburn Funeral Home, 319 N. Chestnut Street, Barnesville, Ohio.
Thank you to all that loved and cared for her and who put a smile on her face. She will be missed and isn't far away, look at the stars and she will be shining bright.
