William E. Kelley, 81, Barnesville, OH, died Monday, September 20, 2010 at Emerald Pointe Nursing and Rehab. He was born March 16, 1929 at Baileys Mills son of the late Austin and Helen Gray Kelley. He was a member of Bethel United Methodist Church and was retired from NCR in Cambridge and the Barnesville Medical Center. Preceded in death by a brother - Francis Kelley and a sister - Dorcas Kelley. He is survived by his wife - Constanace J. Thomas Kelley, daughter - Audrey (Samuel) Rubright of Rayland, OH, sister - Edith Turner of Noblesville, IN, 2 step grandchildren and 5 step great grandchildren. Visitation 2-4 and 6-8 Wednesday and service 11 AM Thursday at Campbell-Plumly-Milburn Funeral Home, 319 N. Chestnut St., Barnesville, OH. Burial in Northern Cemetery.
