Wendy Lee Keiser, 53, of Barnesville, Ohio passed away on Tuesday, June 10, 2025 at Trinity Medical Center West in Steubenville, Ohio. She was born on March 28, 1972 in Wheeling, West Virginia to Raymond Keiser and the late Pamela Sue Keiser.

Wendy was a 1990 graduate of Barnesville High School. She worked for Rescare for many years. Wendy loved her beloved dog Rosco, going on walks, and fishing. She also enjoyed going to carnivals.

Wendy is survived by her daughter, Shyanna (Nikki) Powers; father, Raymond Keiser; brother, Jason (Jason White) Keiser; sister, Christina (David) Lusk; step granddaughter, Lily Powers; life partner, Tim Orr; nephew, Darren Lusk; and niece, Trista Fitch.

Visitation will be held on Friday, June 13, 2025 from 11:00am until the time of the service at 1:00pm with her brother-in-law, Jason White officiating at Campbell-Plumly-Milburn Funeral Home, 319 North Chestnut Street, Barnesville, Ohio. Burial will take place privately at the convenience of the family at Crestview Cemetery.
