Wanda Marie Smith, 73, of Barnesville passed away on Saturday, October 10, 2020 at Wheeling Hospital. Wanda was born in Cambridge on December 8, 1946 to the late Carl and Edith (Whitely) Pulley.

Wanda was a graduate of Madison High School and attended East Richland Friends Church.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Donald Carter Smith; sister, Dorothy Bonnell; and a brother, William Pulley.

Wanda is survived by her children: Jeff (Marcia Mandley) Smith of Barnesville, Donald Eugene (Cynthia) Smith of Winterset and Donna Marie Smith of Byesville; three grandchildren: Ben Smith, Kayla Smith and J.R. Smith; one great-grandchild, Kyla Rose Smith; two brothers, James Pulley and Butch Pulley; and several nieces and nephews.

In accordance with COVID-19 regulations, social distancing with masks will be required at visitation on Thursday, October 15, 2020 from 6-8pm at Campbell-Plumly-Milburn Funeral Home, 319 N. Chestnut St., Barnesville, Ohio.
