Wanda J. Briggs, 66, of Barnesville, Ohio passed away on Saturday, January 16, 2022, at her home. She was born on September 9, 1955, in Ravenna, Ohio to the late Ronald Dean and Myrtle (Drake) Hudson, Sr. She was a 1973 graduate of Barnesville High School. She was LPN, working in Pennsylvania and Texas. She enjoyed making crafts and watching the Pittsburgh Steelers and Pittsburgh Penguins. She enjoyed going on trips to visit Dover, Delaware. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a son, Charles E. Briggs III; daughter, Catherine Elizabeth Briggs; and a sister, Freda Mae Hudson. Wanda is survived by her husband of 49 years, Charles E. Briggs, Jr.; son, Joshua Edward Monroe Briggs of Pennsylvania; seven grandchildren; one great-grandson; brother, Ronald Hudson, II of Barnesville; sisters, Penny Sharp of Barnesville, and Jennie (Roger) Clark of Somerton; and several nieces & nephews. In honoring Wanda's wishes, there will be no services held. Wanda's care is entrusted to Campbell-Plumly-Milburn Funeral Home, 319 North Chestnut Street, Barnesville, Ohio.
