Thomas Randall Holskey, 67, of Barnesville, Ohio passed away on Tuesday, July 29, 2025 at Ohio Health Riverside Methodist Hospital in Columbus, Ohio. He was born on September 17, 1957 in Zanesville, Ohio to the late Blaine Burt and Mabel Frances (Wyatt) Holskey Sr.

Randy worked in the coal mine for many years and was the president of UMWA Local 1810. He loved anything with a motor in it. Randy was always willing to lend a hand and loved spending time with his family.

In addition to his parents, Randy was preceded in death by his brother, Blaine Holskey Jr.

Randy is survived by his sons Tom Holskey, Joe Holskey, and Dustin (Devon) Holskey; grandchildren, Sierra Bunfill, Ben Holskey, and Sam Holskey; great-grandchildren, Jake and Jack; brother, Dan (Bridget) Holskey and John Holskey; several nieces and nephews; bonus son who he considered one of his own, Luke Bendel; and his significant other, Michelle Pepper.

A Memorial Visitation will be held on Wednesday, August 6, 2025 from 4:00pm until the time of the service at 8:00pm with Pastor Rodney West officiating at Campbell-Plumly-Milburn Funeral Home, 319 North Chestnut Street, Barnesville, Ohio.
