Thomas T. "Tap" Hanlon, 49, passed away at his home on February 15, 2014.  He was the son of Suzanne Hanlon and the late Lodge L. Hanlon.  In addition to his mother he is survived by his sister Beth (Rodney) Hanlon of Columbus, a brother, Ted (Kelley) of Barnesville, nephew Gage, and nieces Lane, Avery and Regan as well as his aunt, Laura Williams of Cleveland.

He was born July 28, 1964 in Barnesville where he remained a lifelong resident.  He graduated from Barnesville High School in 1984.  He enjoyed music, reading and his daily walks.  He was especially proud of his work through Belco Works, inc. where he was employed for 28 years.

Visitation will be held 1:00 -3:00 PM on Wednesday, February 19, 2014 at Campbell-Plumly-Milburn Funeral Home, 319 North Chestnut Street, Barnesville, Ohio where services will be held at 3:00 PM.

Memorials can be made to Hospice of Guernsey Inc, PO Box 1165 Cambridge, Ohio 43725 or the 3C's Cancer Support Group, in Barnesville.
