Theresa (McCort) Carter, 50, of Beallsville died Tuesday, April 7, 2015 at her home.  She was born in Barnesville, Ohio on August 24, 1964 to Marvin D. McCort and the late Betty Jean (Wells) McCort.

In addition to her mother, she was preceded in death by her husband, Richard Lee Schreiber.

Theresa is survived by her father, Marvin McCort of Baileys Mills; two sons: Julius Carter (Ruby) and her children, Kayla, Lynzi and Alyson of Barnesville and Kenneth Carter of Beallsville; grandson, Chase Carter; siblings: Raymond McCort of Aledonia, Kevin McCort of Florida and Kimberly Bell of Beallsville; nieces and nephews: Clarissa, Tristen, Kade and Stephanie; and great-niece, Kiera.

Private family services will be held at the convienence of the family.  Arrangements by Campbell-Plumly-Milburn Funeral Home, 319 N. Chestnut St., Barnesville, Ohio.
