Terry Wayne Neptune, 65, of Barnesville, Ohio passed away Thursday, May 17, 2012 at The Ohio State University Medical Center in Columbus. He was born on January 10, 1947 in Barnesville, Ohio to the late Hillis Wayne and Gaynell (Robb) Neptune. Terry was a United States Navy Veteran of Vietnam, a retired heavy equipment operator, member of the American Legion Post 168, and Woodsfield VFW. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by brother - Richard Leroy Neptune. Surviving are wife - Helen E. Gallagher Neptune; 3 daughters - Dawn (Mike) Warrick of Barnesville, Amanda (Ed) Lawrence of Triadelphia, West Virginia, and Noel Neptune of Wilmington, Ohio; 5 grandsons - Devin, Dylan, Dustin, and Drayden Warrick and Nathan Lawrence; 1 granddaughter - Sydney Lawrence; 1 great-grandson - Brantley Warrick; nephew - Richard W. Neptune of Barnesville; and 2 nieces. Visitation will be Sunday, May 20, 2012 from 4-8 PM at Campbell-Plumly-Milburn Funeral Home, 319 North Chestnut Street, Barnesville, Ohio where services will be Monday, May 21, 2012 at 11 AM with Pastor Rodney West officiating. Military service will be conducted by the American Legion Belmont County Council. Burial will follow at Pleasant Ridge Cemetery, Stumptown.
