Sylvia Sandra Beal, 60, of Freeport, Ohio passed away on Monday, March 31, 2025 at Astoria Place of Barnesville. Sylvia was born on June 1, 1964 in Van Nuys, California to the late Henry Mancini and Mary Villa. Sylvia was a former chef for Universal Studios. She loved cooking and playing with her puppy, Sammy. In addition to her parents, Sylvia was preceded in death by her brother, David Mancini and sister, Laura Mancini. Sylvia is survived by her husband, Michael Beal whom she married on February 24, 2013; sons, Devon Mangelsen and Dylan Mangelsen; brother, Henry Mancini; sister, Linda Lee; and her loving companion, Sammy; nieces and nephews; and a lot of extended family and friends who was also like family. Honoring Sylvia's wishes, cremation will take place with a Memorial Service held later at the convenience of the family. Sylvia's care has been entrusted to Campbell-Plumly-Milburn Funeral Home, 319 North Chestnut Street, Barnesville, Ohio.
