Suzanne Marie Edwards, 85, of Barnesville, Ohio passed away Sunday, May 23, 2021 at Emerald Pointe. She was born on April 23, 1936 in Barnesville, Ohio to the late Robert E. McKelvey and Martha (Reischman) McKelvey.

Suzanne was a graduate of Barnesville High School. She worked as hospice nurse for 8 years in Joplin, Missouri. She was a member of Barnesville Assumption Church. Suzanne enjoyed going on cruises. She loved spending time with her family, especially the grandkids and great-grandkids.

In addition to her parents Suzanne is preceded in death by her two sons: Mike (Nancy) Edwards and Dave (Jody) Edwards; brother Tom (Rita) McKelvey.

Suzanne is survived by her children: Marina (Troy) Patton, Dougie (Michele) Edwards, and Danny (Camika) Edwards; grandchildren: Ashley, Alicia (Adam), Danielle (Nico), Cole, Isaac, Andrew, Tara, David, and Evan; great-grandchildren: Kaden, Doren, Holden, Jaxson, Destanee; brothers: Terry (Sandy) McKelvey, Tim (Liz) McKelvey, and Mike Duve; sister: Mary Ann (John) Semigel; several nieces and nephews; and family and friends.

Mass of Christian Burial will be held at Assumption Church in Barnesville on Saturday, July 17, 2021 at 1pm with Father Dave Cornett officiating.  Burial will follow in Assumption Cemetery. Care entrusted to Campbell-Plumly-Milburn Funeral Home, 319 N. Chestnut Street, Barnesville, Ohio 43713.
