Susan Kay Wilcox, 76, of Belmont, Ohio passed away on Tuesday, January 23, 2018 at East Ohio Regional Hospital in Martins Ferry, Ohio. She was born on May 9, 1941 in Barnesville, Ohio to the late William Floyd and Lorena C. (Outland) Wilcox. Susan was a Presbyterian by faith and attended Barnesville Schools. Later, she worked and and retired from Belco Works. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother, William Floyd Wilcox II. Susan is survived by her nieces, Stacy Humphreys, Malissa Shaffer and their children. Visitation will be held on Friday, January 26, 2018 from 9 AM until the time of the service at 11 AM at Campbell-Plumly-Milburn Funeral Home, 319 North Chestnut Street, Barnesville, Ohio. Burial will follow at Crestview Cemetery in Barnesville, Ohio where she will be laid to rest with her parents and brother.
