Steven L. Carpenter, 64, of Senecaville, Ohio passed away Friday, August 2, 2019, at Southeastern Ohio Regional Medical Center. He was born on April 28, 1955, in Cambridge, Ohio to the Geneva Pearl (Eddy) Carpenter of Ellettsville, Indiana and the late Donald Carpenter. Steve was a 1973 graduate of Ellettsville High School in Indiana and was a United States Air Force Veteran. In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by his a sister, Cheryl Burris; and a nephew, Zachary Carpenter. Steve is survived by his mother; a sister, Carla (Steve) Ward of Barnesville; brother, Scott (Beth) Carpenter of Indianapolis; children, Heather and Jonathan; grandchildren; and aunts, uncles, cousins, and extended family. Cremation will take place with private services held at a later date. Arrangements are entrusted to Campbell-Plumly-Milburn Funeral Home, 319 North Chestnut Street, Barnesville, Ohio.
