Shirley C. Ruskowski, 79, of Freeport, Ohio passed away Sunday, July 26, 2015 at Barnesville Hospital. She was born on November 12, 1935 in Wheeling, WV to the late William Lewis and Pearl (Hinerman) Castilow.

Shilrley was a former manager for Fort Henry Motor Inn and was also a dedicated homemaker. She was a member of Oak Grove Methodist Church in Piedmont.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband - Frank Ruskowski; and 5 siblings.

Shirley is survived by her daughters - Virginia (John) Coulter of Freeport, Kathy Dietrich of Elm Grove, and Bonnie (Al) Hendershot of Moundsville; sons - Ralph (Mary Jo) Cronin of St. Clairsville, Michael Ruskowski of Mozart, WV, and Allen (Soon) Cronin of Magnolia, DE; numerous grandchildren; and a sibling.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, July 29, 2015 from 2-4 and 6-8 PM at Campbell-Plumly-Milburn Funeral Home, 319 North Chestnut Street, Barnesville, Ohio where services will be held on Thursday, July 30, 2015 at 11 AM with Pastor Ted Buehl officiating. Burial will follow at Oak Grove Cemetery in Piedmont, Ohio.
