Scott Allen Shumaker, 59, Barnesville, OH, died Monday, March 9, 2015 at Barnesville Hospital.  He was born on November 7, 1955 in Barnesville to the late Jay M. and Norma J. (Ball) Shumaker.

Scott was a 1973 graduate of Barnesville High School.  He worked for Oxford as a heavy equipment operator and was a Methodist by faith.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his infant son, Brandon.

He is survived by his loving wife, Wanda (Prickett) Shumaker; son, Seth Shumaker of Barnesville; two brothers: Gregory (Diane) Shumaker and William (Kim) Shumaker of Barnesville; sister, Pamela Shumaker of Belmont; three grandchildren; four step-children; eight step-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, March 12, 2015 from4-8pm at Campbell-Plumly-Milburn Funeral Home, 319 N. Chestnut St., Barnesville, Ohio.  The service will be held on Friday, March 13, 2015 at 11am with Pastor Rodney West officiating.  Burial will follow in Hope Cemetery in Hendrysburg, Ohio.
