Sarah Louise Wells, 97, of Morristown, Indiana, formerly of Barnesville, Ohio passed away on Saturday, June 12, 2021, at Morristown Manor in Morristown, Indiana. She was born on January 13, 1924, in Barnesville, Ohio to the late Elmer Ross and Myrtle Louisa (Carpenter) West. She was a 1942 graduate of Barnesville High School. She was a lifelong member of the Barnesville First United Methodist Church. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Edward E. Wells; son, David L. Wells; and a daughter, Shirley Timmons; granddaughter, Christine Wells; and a great-grandson, Matthew Deeter. She is survived by children, John (Diana) Wells, Carolyn (George) Reed, and Daniel (Patti) Wells; 12 grandchildren; and 30 great-grandchildren. A graveside service will be held on Friday, June 25, 2021, at 2 PM with Rev. Tom Detling officiating at Crestview Cemetery in Barnesville, Ohio.
