Sandra Kay "Sandy" Wise, 62, of Barnesville, Ohio passed away on Thursday, May 26, 2022 at Wheeling Hospital. She was born on March 4, 1960 in Barnesville to the late Allen "Derward" and Betty (Berry) Swallie. Sandy was a very giving person with a huge heart. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her grandparents, Leroy and Golda (Huntsman) Swallie and Alva and Laura Berry and several aunts and uncles. Sandy is survived by her husband of 22 years, Richard Wise; siblings, Allen (Nila) Swallie, Judy Swallie, Carrie (Dennis) Shippy; nephews, Jeffrey, Bryan, Brandon, AJ, and Nicholas; niece, Alexandria; her loving companions, Bella, Jasmine, and Cosmo. Honoring Sandy's wishes, cremation will take place with no other services being held. Sandy's care is entrusted to Campbell-Plumly-Milburn Funeral Home 319 N. Chestnut Street, Barnesville, Ohio.
