Sandra "Sandy" Mae Stephen, 63, of Quaker City, Ohio passed away Tuesday, July 26, 2016 at Genesis Hospital in Zanesville. She was born on March 20, 1953 in Barnesville to Viola Mae (Uppole) Stephen and the late Linza R. Stephen on December 1, 2009.

Sandy was a member of the American Legion Post 78 Ladies Auxillary.

She is survived by her mother, Viola Mae Stephen of Quaker City; 2 sisters, Phyllis (Ralph) Adkins of Calais and Sheila Lasko of Iola, Kansas; niece & nephew, Courtney and Trent Lasko of Salesville; and several cousins.

Visitation will be held on Friday, July 29, 2016 from 5-7 PM at Campbell-Plumly-Milburn Funeral Home, 319 North Chestnut Street, Barnesville, Ohio where services will be held on Saturday, July 30, 2016 at 11 AM with Pastor Jeff Rich officiating. Burial will follow at Guernsey County Memory Gardens in Cambridge.
