Sandra K. Gibson, 76, of Barnesville passed away on Wednesday, April 21, 2021 at Barnesville Hospital. Sandy was born on April 5, 1945 in Barnesville, Ohio to the late Delbert Huntsman and Betty (Murphy) Cross.

Sandy was a member of the Main Street United Methodist Church and 1963 graduate of Barnesville High School. She was a member of the Seneca Sportsman's Club. Sandy was retired from Barnesville Schools where she worked as a secretary.

In addition to her parents and step-father, Kenneth Cross, Sandy was preceded in death by her husband whom she married in 1964, Robert D. Gibson; two brothers: Dennis Huntsman and Keith "Red Dog" Huntsman; and a sister, Brenda Frye.

Sandy is survived by her two sons: Robert D. Gibson, Jr. and Richard W. Gibson both of Barnesville; sisters, Barbara (Pete) Thomas of Bethesda and Kendra Powell of Barnesville; brother, Kevin Huntsman of Barnesville; sister-in-law, Carla Huntsman;and many nieces and nephews.

In accordance with COVID-19 guidelines, masks and social distancing will be required for visitation on Saturday, April 24, 2021 from 10:00am until the time of service at 12:00pm with Rev. Tom Detling officiating at Campbell-Plumly-Milburn Funeral Home, 319 N. Chestnut St., Barnesville, Ohio. Burial will follow in Ebenezer Cemetery.
