Samuel Louis Gallagher, 59, of Quaker City, Ohio died Friday, August 12, 2016 at his home.  He was born on May 6, 1957 in Barnesville, Ohio to the late George and Roselynn Ann (Hudson) Gallagher, II.

Samuel was a member of the Cambridge Eagles and worked in maintenance for St. Paul Terrace in Elm Grove.

Samuel is survived by his two sons: Samuel Gallagher of Jerusalem and Daniel Gallagher of Rochester, PA; daughter, Nicole (Matthew) Garuccio of Rochester, PA; four grandchildren and one on the way: Madison and Jace Garuccio and Aston and Noah Gallagher; four siblings: Becky Gallagher of Quaker City, Connie Milliron of Columbus, George F. (Melanie) Gallagher, III of Barnesville and Barby Gallagher of Quaker City; and girlfriend, Judi Smith of New Concord, Ohio.

Visitation will be held on Monday, August 15, 2016 from 11am until the time of the service at 1pm at Campbell-Plumly-Milburn Funeral Home, 319 N. Chestnut St., Barnesville, Ohio.  Burial will follow in Crestview Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the family.
