Sally Francis, 73, of Barnesville, Ohio passed away on Wednesday, November 17, 2021 at Ruby Memorial Hospital. She was born on August 28, 1948 in Barnesville to the late Robert Neal and Daisy Irene (Tipton) Showalter. Sally was a graduate of Barnesville High School. She was a certified nurses aide for Heaven's Angels Home Health. She was active in her church and choir with Ebenezer Baptist Church. She helped with the children's bible study. Sally loved her family, her grandchildren, and great grandchildren. She loved playing cornhole, shopping, bingo, her flower gardens, being out on the boat, and camping. In addition to her parents, Sally was preceded in death by her brother Bob Showalter. Sally is survived by her husband of 54 years, Dave Francis Sr.; children, Dave Jr. (Jennifer) Francis, Lisa Francis, Misty Skelton; grandchildren, Chasity (John) Skelton, Kayla (Brady) Armstrong, Jordan (Thomas) Skelton-Smith, Devon (Jennifer) Francis, Kellie Francis, Troy (fiance Holly) Francis; great grandchildren, Ryleigh, Trinity, Layenie, Mady, Liam, Braxton, and Duke; siblings, Sandy Huntsman, Joe (Sue) Showalter, Wanda (Donald) Giesey, Bernice (Bill) Gibbons, Melvin (Lois) Showalter, Richard (Cindy) Showalter, Earl (Diana) Showalter, and George (Donna) Showalter; sister-in-law Brenda Showalter; several nieces, nephews, and friends; and her loving companions Snickers and Snowflake. Visitation will be held on Sunday, November 21, 2021 from 2-5pm at Campbell-Plumly-Milburn Funeral Home 319 N. Chestnut Street Barnesville, Ohio and Monday, November 22, 2021 from 12:00 pm until the time of service at 1:00 pm at Ebenezer Baptist Church 309 Oak Street Bethesda, Ohio with Dr. Brian Bee officiating. Burial will follow at Ebenezer Cemetery in Bethesda, Ohio.
