Roxie Lou Persinger, 58, of Beallsville, Ohio passed away on Monday, November 22, 2021, at WVU Medicine Barnesville Hospital. She was born on December 9, 1962, in New Martinsville, West Virginia to the late Peter Kenneth and Roxie Geneva (Woodburn) Eastham. There will be no services held. Roxie's care has been entrusted to Campbell-Plumly-Milburn Funeral Home, 319 N. Chestnut Street, Barnesville, Ohio.
