Rodney Fraances Milligan, 73, of Barnesville, Ohio, died Monday, May 2, 2011, at his home. He was born August 20, 1937 in Noble County, Ohio to the late Robert Hobert and Enid Bell Mincks Milligan. He was preceded in death by a brother - Charles Ray Milligan and 1 great granddaughter. Surviving are 2 daughters - Becky (Chris) Hughes of Lima, Ohio and Rose A. Milligan of Virginia; 3 sons - James, Robert and Richard Milligan all of Virginia; 2 sisters - Bobbi Lieb of Celina, Ohio and Kay Boyd of Celina, Ohio; several grandchildren, nieces, nephews and cousins. Memorial services will be held on Tuesday, May 10, 2011 at Campbell-Plumly-Milburn Funeral Home, 319 North Chestnut Street, Barnesville, Ohio. Burial follows in Haines Cemetery, Crooked Tree, Ohio.
