Robert P. Tucker, 78, of Barnesville passed away on Tuesday, July 12, 2022 at WVU Wheeling Hospital.  Bob was born on February 3, 1944 in Shadyside, Ohio to the late Eugene and Anna (Dobbins) Tucker.

Bob was a 1962 graduate of Bellaire High School.  Bob was retired from Switzerland of Ohio Schools where he was a welding instructor and Cisco Networking certified instructor.  He also worked as a Cisco Networking certified instructor at Linsly School for eight years and a member of the Sheet Metal Workers International Association for 50 years.  Bob was a member of the Bethesda Farmers and Sportsmans Club and a life-time member of the American Trapshooting Association and NRA.  Bob loved to be outside shooting, hunting and fishing.

In addition to his parents, Bob was preceded in death by two half-brothers, William and Charles "Buddy" Tucker.

Bob is survived by his wife of 56 years, Betty Jean (Pugh) Tucker; son, Robert Eugene (Sally Chan) Tucker of Toronto, Canada; and two grandsons, Kaden and Nolan Tucker; mother-in-law, Grace Lambert of Barnesville; and nieces and nephews.

A graveside service will be held on Friday, July 15, 2022 at 2pm at Ebenezer Cemetery in Bethesda, Ohio with Curt Hallstrom officiating.  Arrangements are entrusted to Campbell-Plumly-Milburn Funeral Home, 319 N. Chestnut St., Barnesville, Ohio.
