Robert J. Prokes, 71, of Barnesville, Ohio passed away Friday, January 28, 2021 at his home. He was born on June 27, 1950 in Martins Ferry, Ohio to the late Robert and Imogene (Floyd) Prokes.

Bob was a veteran of the United States Navy. He was a retired truck driver and owner of Bob's Barber Shop.

Bob is survived by his daughter, Karen (Aaron) Smith of Marengo, Ohio; grandchildren, Austin, Ashton, and Andrew Smith; his mother, Virginia Prokes of Hondo, Texas; and sister, Joan Ostrosky of Hondo, Texas.

Honoring Bob's wishes, no services will be held. His care is entrusted to Campbell-Plumly-Milburn Funeral Home 319 N. Chestnut Street, Barnesville, Ohio.
