Robert R. Gorby, 70, of the Shadyside Care Center, formerly of Powhatan Point, passed away Tuesday, March 1, 2011, in the Belmont Community Hospital. He was born December 13,1940 in Clarksburg, West Virginia to the late Thomas and Wava Gorby. Robert was a faithful member of Jehovah's Witnesses. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two brothers - Jack and David Gorby. He is survived by two sisters - Gloria Burge of Bellaire and Esther Smith of Bellaire; two brothers - Tom Gorby of Clarksburg, West Virginia and Glenn Gorby of Clarksburg, West Viriginia. Memorial Services will be held Saturday, March 12, 2011 at 1 PM at the Powhatan Point Kingdom Hall, 155 Clark Street, Powhatan Point, Ohio.
