Richard "Dicky" Ricton Corbin, II, 53, of Barnesville, Ohio passed away on Thursday, January 12, 2023 at WVU Medicine - Wheeling Hospital Emergency Room. Dicky was born on July 19, 1969 in Barnesville, Ohio to Carole Lee (Collmar) Hutton and the late Richard Ricton Corbin Sr. He was a member of the Barnesville VFW Post 2792. He was the cookout King enjoying cooking for the VFW and family reunions. He enjoyed spending time around a fire and back-road cruising topping out at 15 miles per hour so you could enjoy the scenery. He was a longtime employee of Pickens Hauling. He loved Texas Hold 'Em and following the Carolina Panthers and Sterling Marlin. He loved spending time with his granddaughter, Nora, his "Ray of Sunshine." He loved to fish and listening to his music as loud as could be. In addition to his father, Dicky was preceded in death by his uncle, whom he shared a birthday, Robert Corbin; cousin, Lori Corbin; grandparents, Robert and Isabelle Corbin, Don and Oda Collmar; and nephew, Laco Pickens. In addition to his mother, Dicky is survived by his wife of 32 years, Theresa Corbin; daughter, Carole (Craig Sharp) Corbin; granddaughters, Maeli Pierce and Nora Sharp; three sisters, Lisa (Mike) McBride, Tina (Shawn) Starr, Danielle Blum; a brother, Darrin (Erin) Corbin; step-mother, Garna Corbin; and several nieces and nephews. Visitation will be held on Tuesday, January 17, 2023 from 4pm until 7pm at Campbell-Plumly-Milburn Funeral Home, 319 North Chestnut Street, Barnesville, Ohio. Burial will take place at a later date at Crestview Cemetery in Barnesville, Ohio.
