Richard E. "Dick" Tracy, 66, of Barnesville, Ohio passed away Thursday, June 7, 2012 at Barnesville Hospital. He was born March 10, 1946 in Bethesda, Ohio to the late Harvey Burten and Theda May (Nabb) Tracy.

Mr. Tracy was a Baptist by faith. He was an Army veteran and a member of BPOE #1699.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by 2 brothers - William and John Tracy; and sister-in-law - Carol Tracy.

Surviving are loving wife of 38 years - Ann (Butler) Tracy; son - Nicholaus (Tiffany Beaver) Tracy of Barnesville; daughter - Stephanie (William) Porter of Belmont; grandchildren - Khiara Tracy, Carson Tracy, Jonathan Porter, and William Porter; brother-in-law - Lanny (Carol) Butler of Zanesville; and nieces & nephews - Mariah (Matt) Vogelgesang, Shawn Tracy, Patrick (Amanda) Tracy, and Shannon (Vaughn) Hendershot.

Visitation will be Sunday, June 10, 2012 from 3-8 PM at Campbell-Plumly-Milburn Funeral Home, 319 North Chestnut Street, Barnesville, Ohio where services will be Monday, June 11, 2012 at 11 AM. Military service will be conducted Monday by American Legion Belmont County Council. Burial will follow at Friends Cemetery in Quaker City, Ohio.
