Polly J. Peters, 92, died Sunday, December 19, 2010 at Barnesville Health Care Center. She was born on May 8, 1918 in Noble County, Ohio to the late Fred and Mabel (Boyd) Jefferies. She was a member of Barnesville First United Methodist Church, Barnesville TWIG, and was an avid bowler. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband - William J. Peters (6/17/1981); and a sister - Helen Campbell. Surviving are 2 sons - Fred (Judy) Peters of Barnesville and Jay Peters of Columbus; 2 grandsons - Barry (Judy) Peters of Belmont and Dan (Julie) Peters of Quaker City; and 1 great-granddaughter - Lindsey (Steve) Brown of Salesville. Visitation will be held on Wednesday, December 22, 2010 from 11 AM until the time of the service at 1 PM with Rev. John Partridge officiating at Campbell-Plumly-Milburn Funeral Home, 319 North Chestnut Street, Barnesville, Ohio 43713. Burial will follow in Crestview Cemetery in Barnesville, Ohio.
