Phyllis M. Anderson, 80, of Barnesville, Ohio passed away Saturday, August 28, 2021 at Wheeling Hospital. She was born on November 17, 1940 in Barnesville to the late Donald and Mary Lou (Carpenter) Howell. Phyllis was a member of Main Street Methodist Church in Barnesville. She was a 1958 graduate of Barnesville High School. Phyllis is survived by her three sons, Greg (April) Anderson, Brian Anderson, and James (Kassie) Anderson; two daughters, Debra (Brad) Allar and Brenda (Chris) Bauer; fourteen grandchildren; 22 great-grandchildren; and a brother, Harlan Howell. Private services will be held at the convenience of the family with Rev. Tom Detling officiating. Burial will follow at Holly Memorial Gardens in Colerain, Ohio. Phyllis' care is entrusted to Campbell-Plumly-Milburn Funeral Home, 319 North Chestnut Street, Barnesville, Ohio.
