Phillip Todd Sambuco, 54, of Barnesville, Ohio passed away on Thursday, September 27, 2018 at Salem Care Center in Salem, Ohio. He was born on January 24, 1964 in Barnesville, Ohio to the late Phillip Peter and Donna K. (Duke) Sambuco. He was the grandson to the late, James E. Duke and Ava Maiden Wright; great-grandson to the late Franklin and Kathleen (Henrie) Duke and Harold and Pauline (Smith) Tyron; great-great-grandson to the late Jessie and Lillian Smith all from Williamstown, West Virginia; and also a grandson to the late Joseph and Hazael Sambuco of Bellaire. Todd is preceded in death by his uncles, Ronald Sambuco and Warren Sambuco. He is survived by two uncles, Larry (Becky) Duke of Dallas, Texas and Paul (Robin) Duke of Williamstown, West Virginia; an aunt, Judi Knisley of Marietta, Ohio; and cousins, Randy, Lynn, and Rhonda. A graveside service will be held on Monday, October 1, 2018 at 1 PM at Crestview Cemetery in Barnesville, Ohio. Arrangements are entrusted to Campbell-Plumly-Milburn Funeral Home, 319 North Chestnut Street, Barnesville, Ohio.
