Philip C. Gallagher, 62, of St. Clairsville died 5/12/2013 at his home.  He was born in Cambridge, Ohio on 03/01/1951 to the late James and Rita (Weisend) Gallagher.

Phil was a member of the St. Mary's Catholic Church in Temperanceville but regularly attended St. Mary's in St. Clairsville.  Phil moved from Noble County to Belmont County in 2008 and was a faithful employee of Belco Works for over 5 years.

He got to enjoy many new adventures in recent years such as seeing the ocean for the first time, enjoying fireworks, the zoo and camping.  He had a passion for playing drums and even visited the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame.  Phil enjoyed bowling with the Special Olympics.  His smile and joy of life will be missed by all that knew him.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by 3 brothers: Paul, Jack, and Don.

He is survived by his sister, Ruth Ann Gallagher of Barnesville.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, May 15, 2013 from 3-7pm at Campbell-Plumly-Milburn Funeral Home, 319 N. Chestnut St., Barnesville, Ohio. Mass of Christian Burial will be on Thursday, May 16, 2013 at 10am at St. Mary's Catholic Church in Temperanceville with Msgr. Froehlich officiating.  Burial will for in St. Mary's Cemetery.
