Paul A. Hannahs, 78, of Barnesville died Sunday, April 19, 2015 at Barnesville Hospital.  He was born on September 6, 1936 in Barnesville, Ohio to the late Leland and Dorothy (DeLong) Hannahs.

Paul was a retired truck driver and loved to work on cars.  Paul was a great husband, dad and grandfather.  One of his favorite pastimes was watching his grandchildren play sports.

In addition to his parents, Paul was preceded in death by a daughter, Paula Hannahs Bradford; son, Gary Long; and two brothers: John and Joseph Hannahs.

Paul is survived by his loving wife of 56 years, Norma (Toohey) Hannahs; son, Chris (Rachel) Hannahs of Barnesville; daughter, Shelly (R.J.) Smith of Quaker City; seven grandchildren: Ryan Edwards, Austin Hannahs, Cade Hannahs, Colin Hannahs, Monica Long, Rachelle Smith and Ashton Williamson; seven great-grandchildren; and siblings: Ansel Hannahs, Virgil (Louise) Hannahs, Lily (Carol) Eggman, Jerry (Monica) Hannahs, Jack (MaryEllen) Hannahs, Renee Brown, Nancy Holloway and Jeannie Elliot.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, April 22, 2015 from 5-7pm at Campbell-Plumly-Milburn Funeral Home, 319 N. Chestnut St., Barnesville, Ohio.  A private service will be held at the convience of the family.
