Patrick Shawn Ball, 63, of Warwood, West Virginia, previously of Barnesville, Ohio passed away Tuesday, August 10, 2021 at Wheeling Hospital surrounded by family. He was born on July 2, 1958 at Barnesville Hospital to the late Edith M. (Carpenter) Ball and Herman F. Ball. Pat was a 1976 graduate of Barnesville High School where he was chosen to be a member of the Ohio State Youth Choir where they sang and toured Europe. He was also awarded a 4 year scholarship to West Liberty College for painting a portrait of Betsy Ross. He was an elected member of the Barnesville Exempted Village School Board for many years. He held several management positions throughout his working career. He had retired from Krogers in Benwood, West Virginia shortly before his death. In addition to his parents Pat was preceded in death by a brother, Cory L. Ball. Pat is survived by his two sisters Donna M. (Rudolph) Keaton and Lorrie A. (Harlen) Temple; and several nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews. Visitation will be held on Friday, August 13, 2021 from 1-2 pm at Campbell-Plumly-Milburn Funeral Home, 319 N. Chestnut St. Barnesville, Ohio. A graveside services will follow at 2:30pm with Pastor Rodney West officiating at Crestview Cemetery in Barnesville.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made in Pat's name to the Barnesville Hutton Memorial Library or the Belmont County Animal Shelter.
