Patricia Lee Hayes, 71, of Barnesville, Ohio passed away on Sunday, May 24, 2020, at her home. She was born on February 24, 1949, in Washington, DC to the late Warren and Lillian (Phibbs) Windsor. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Oather G. "Junior" Hayes, Jr. on September 9, 2015. Patricia is survived by her children: Douglas (Melissa) Manfrin, Victoria Hayes, Johnny Hamilton, Dennis (Shauntae) Barr, Felicia (Bill) Comstock, Marissa (Wayne) Frazier, and Jason Hayes; grandchildren: Elizabeth (Jeremy) Paden, Christopher Robey, Leanne Hayes, Cameron Frazier, Micah Frazier, Melissa Frazier, Seth Hayes, Laceya Owens, and Dasan Owens; great-grandchildren: Layla Cornwall, Jason Hayes, Jr., Logan Hayes, Kai Gionis, and Abigail Paden. Private family services will be held at the First Christian Church of Barnesville. Patricia's care is entrusted to Campbell-Plumly-Milburn Funeral Home, 319 North Chestnut Street, Barnesville, Ohio.
