Patricia Ellen Carpenter, 69, of Barnesville, passed away Wednesday, September 15, 2021 at Southeastern Regional Medical Center. She was born in Barnesville, Ohio on June 19, 1952 to the late Virgil and Mary (Tracey) Carpenter. In addition to her parents, Pat was preceded in death by her infant son Joshua Carpenter; sisters, Joyce Woodard and Barbara Carpenter; and nephew John Moore. Pat is survived by her husband of 51, years James Carpenter; son, Jason Carpenter; and daughter, Jennifer Carpenter; grandchildren, Heather, Ritchie, Braden, Brooklynne, Zackary; two great grandchildren, Wyatt and Alexis; siblings, Howard Carpenter, Sharon (Donald) Johnson (son Damian), Rose Moore, and Betty (Richard) Landers; and nieces and nephews. Services will be held at a later date with interment following at Calais Cemetery. Care is entrusted to Campbell-Plumly-Milburn Funeral Home 319 N. Chestnut Street Barnesville, Ohio.
