Patricia D. Winland, 75, of Belmont, Ohio passed away on Thursday, June 6, 2024 at WVU Wheeling Hospital. She was born on March 2, 1949 in Wheeling, West Virginia to the late Robert William and Emma Bell (Gregory) Anderson. Patti was a hard worker who loved spending time with her family, who meant everything to her. She loved spoiling her granddaughter. She enjoyed gardening, flowers, cooking, and baking. She volunteered at many nursing homes and the Salvation Army. She would give the shirt off her back to anyone in need. In addition to her parents, Patti was preceded in death by her husband, Jacob Benjamin Winland; brothers, Robert Anderson Jr. and Kenneth Anderson; sister, Debra Bunfill; and brothers-in-law, Earl Ankrom and Donnie Bunfill. Patti is survived by her daughters, Becky (Dennis) Brown and Bobbi (Rodney) Carpenter; granddaughter, Chelsea Carpenter; sisters, Sandy Ankrom, Sheila (Danny) Tinnel, Donna Bunfill; brothers, Dennis Anderson and Keith (Vickie) Anderson; several nieces, nephews, and cousins. Visitation will be held on Tuesday, June 11, 2024 from 4-7pm at Campbell-Plumly-Milburn Funeral Home, 319 North Chestnut Street, Barnesville, Ohio. The service will be held on Wednesday, June 12, 2024 11:00am with Rev. Tom Detling officiating. Burial will follow at Crestview Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to the American Heart Association or to the American Cancer Society.
