Owen Dane Neff, 20, of Barnesville, Ohio passed away unexpectedly on Tuesday, August 30, 2022. He was born on January 18, 2002 in Morgantown, West Virginia to Michael Lee Neff and Carla Michelle (Wade) Etcher. Owen was a 2020 graduate of Barnesville High School. He was currently a coal miner for D & E Services in Marshall County, West Virginia. Owen loved outdoor activities, dirtbikes, fast cars, and big trucks. Owen is survived by his parents, Carla Etcher and Michael Neff; brother, Cotton Neff; and many extended family members, aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. Visitation will be held on Friday, September 2, 2022 from 4:00pm until the time of the service at 6:00pm at Campbell-Plumly-Milburn Funeral Home, 319 N. Chestnut Street, Barnesville, Ohio.
