Mildred McCort, 82, of Barnesville, Ohio passed away on Thursday, September 26, 2019, at her home. She was born on April 30, 1937, in Batesville, Ohio to the late Charles and Viva (Gallagher) Morris. Mildred was a 1955 graduate of Batesville High School and was a presser for Saint Clair Cleaners. In addition to her parents, Mildred was preceded in death by her husband, Donald J. McCort on June 6, 2009; a son, Robert McCort; grandson, Mick Anthony McCort; sisters, Helen Powers and Shirley Ashe; and brothers, Harry L. Morris and Herman Morris; and a half-brother, Edson Roe She is survived by her daughter, Brenda McCort of Barnesville, Ohio; four grandchildren, Neily (Dexter) Wilson, Ryan Anderson, Nicole Anderson, and Lauren Anderson; great-grandchildren, Bobby Ray Wilson, Jackson Wilson, Alexiah Taulbee, Remington Taulbee, Raeleigh Burkhart; and two sisters, Blanche Bishop and Betty Larrick; special friend, Mike Roe; and several nieces & nephews. Visitation will be held on Monday, September 30, 2019, from 4-8pm at Campbell-Plumly-Milburn Funeral Home, 319 North Chesntut Street, Barnesville, Ohio where services will be held on Tuesday, October 1, 2019, at 11am with Jamie Helmick officiating. Burial will follow at Crestview Cemetery in Barnesville, Ohio.
