Mary Pearl McGovern, 99, of Barnesville, Ohio died Saturday, April 30, 2011, at the Barnesville Health Care Center. She was born April 4, 1912 at Baileys Mills, Ohio to the late Howard and Callie Booth Long. She was a member of the former Bethel United Methodist Church and was retired from the accounting department of Elder-Beerman. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by 5 brothers - Sheldon House, Vallis House, Charles Long, Ed Long, and Bob Long and 2 sisters - Violet Foster and Evelyn Barrett. Surviving are a sister - Beverly Moore of Uniontown, Ohio and several nieces and nephews. Services will be at the convenience of the family at Campbell-Plumly-Milburn Funeral Home, 319 North Chestnut Street, Barnesville, Ohio.
