Martha Faye Wells, 82, of Barnesville, Ohio passed away on Wednesday, May 8, 2024. She was born on August 20, 1941, in Morristown, Ohio to the late Dennis Blake and Martha Jane (Sells) Gatten. She worked as a sales associate for Macy's and was a member of the Barnesville First United Methodist Church. She was a 1959 graduate of Belmont High School. She loved to take bus trips with friends to see new places and spending time with family. In addition to her parents, Faye was preceded in death by her husband of 55 years, Frederick A. "Freddie" Wells on August 14, 2017; sisters, Helen Poland, Virginia Welsh, Rose Racketa, and Jane Ridenbaugh. Faye is survived by her daughter, Tiffany (Ryan) Koster of Wooster; grandchildren, Kameron and Kooper; siblings, Sharon (Gene) Magnani and David (Marlene) Gatten; and several nieces & nephews. Visitation will be held on Saturday, May 11, 2024 from 3pm until the time of the service at 5pm with Pastor Rodney West officiating at Campbell-Plumly-Milburn Funeral Home, 319 North Chesnut Street, Barnesville, Ohio. Burial will take place at a later date at Crestview Cemetery in Barnesville, Ohio.
