Mark Wesley Lucas, 75, of Barnesville, Ohio passed away on Monday, January 13, 2025 at his home. Mark was born on April 28, 1949 in Barnesville to the late Clyde and Dimple Lee (Reese) Lucas.

Mark was a graduate of Barnesville High School. He worked as an operating engineer for I.U.O.E. #18. He loved talking to people and scratching lottery tickets.

In addition to his parents, Mark was preceded in death by his wife, Bonnie Mae (Drake) Lucas; son, Eric Lucas; and siblings, Clara Jane Ball, Dennis Lucas, Tommy Lucas, Marvina Washington, Kathy Weimer, Alfred Lucas, Harry Lucas, Reese Lucas, Robert Lucas, and Harold Lucas.

Mark is survived by his children, Pauline Lucas and Levi (Carrie) Lucas; grandchildren, Shalenna, Nina, Levi Nasir, Xena, Maya, Xavier, Orion, Isis, and Mathyus; several nieces, nephews, and extended family and friends.

Visitation will be held on Friday, January 17, 2025 beginning at 5:00pm and ending at 7:00pm at Campbell-Plumly-Milburn Funeral Home, 319 North Chestnut Street, Barnesville, Ohio.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to the funeral home to assist with expenses.
